The Mustang Express Pipeline is a 236-mile intrastate natural gas pipeline designed to safely transport up to 2.5 billion cubic feet per day from receipt points in Colorado and Waller County, Texas, to Port Arthur LNG II (“PALNG II”) liquefaction facility in Port Arthur, TX.
