Who We Are

ARM Midstream is a private midstream company headquartered in Houston. The company acquires, develops, owns and operates midstream infrastructure enabling the efficient flow of commodities across North America. We are focused on providing safe and reliable services to our customers while creating value for all our stakeholders.

Strategic Approach

We are commercially focused and harness the intellectual capital of ARM’s other divisions to add value by connecting commodities with end-users. Our operations are focused on the following asset classes and services:

Gas Transmission Services

  • We focus on transporting natural gas into high-demand markets and servicing utility, local distribution companies, industrials, and power providers. Beyond the US, we supply liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facilities and other export markets.

Gas Gathering, and Processing Services

  • We provide low and high pressure wet and dry gas gathering, processing, and transportation infrastructure, connecting supplies to various downstream markets.

Liquids (NGL and Crude) Transportation, Storage, and Blending

  • We focus on fee-based transportation arrangements that connect to above-ground tank capacity used to facilitate pipeline throughput and help maintain product quality segregation. Sourcing a variety of product streams, we are able to add value to markets through in-tank or in-pipe blending operations.

History

ARM Midstream was formed in 2013 with a focus on greenfield development projects. The company was established by selecting key members of a closely held midstream affiliate to further integrate ARM Energy Holdings. Priding itself on being a flat organization, the team was built to be agile, commercial and disciplined in its approach to assets.

Our team has operated assets in nearly every major U.S. producing basin. The company favors regions where we have an informational edge due to existing logistics inefficiencies. ARM Midstream’s dedicated team executes on a variety of projects and includes business development, commercial, corporate development, accounting, engineering construction and operational personnel.

Our Leadership

Paul Williams

President of ARM Midstream

Paul joined ARM Energy in 2012 and currently serves as President of ARM Midstream, leading all midstream business development and operations efforts. Over the past ten years, Paul has been instrumental in the ARM Midstream growth trajectory, developing and commercializing multiple joint ventures including, Salt Creek Midstream, LLC where he served as Chief Commercial Officer, Kingfisher Midstream, LLC where he served as VP of Business Development, and US Infrastructure where he served as VP of Finance. Prior to joining ARM Energy, Paul was with CenterPoint Energy, serving in a variety of positions relating to financial analysis and gas marketing. He holds an MBA from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
