Our Service

Who We Are

ARM Resource Partners is a strategic partnership between ARM Energy Holdings, LLC and EIV Capital, LLC focused on acquiring passive ownership interests in oil and gas properties across the contiguous United States and provides creative and strategic capital needs to oil and gas producers. The combination of EIV Capital’s investment expertise and backing with ARM Energy’s decades-long, proven track record of providing outstanding advice and services to its clients, creates a compelling partnership for both our current client base and new producers.  ARM Resources focuses in the premier oil and gas basins within the United States.

Types of Investments:

We offer a best-in-class upstream investment platform focused on acquisitions and investments in the following asset classes.

Non-Operating Working Interests

  • We acquire non-operated minority working, mineral, and royalty interests in producing and soon-to-be producing oil and gas properties by leveraging relationships and through decisive action.

Producer Financing

  • Our objective is to provide capital solutions to oil and gas companies. To the extent that an outright sales of assets is unachievable or less desirable, we seek to structure financing and purchasing agreements to create near-term value for upstream companies. These structures may include reversionary interests, oil and gas prepayments, volumetric production payments, or other mutually beneficial alternatives. We primarily target companies that are involved with our affiliates.
